Juggling Club

"The Keep It" Up Juggling Club is a program for Developmental, Advanced, and Competitive Rush players. A player can participate in the Juggling Club anytime by juggling on their own, at practice, or by participating in a "Keep It Up" event. Players who reach 100, 250, or 500 juggles are recognized in the next “Rush Insider” periodical, on the “Keep It Up” website, and receive a “Keep It Up” Juggling patch.

To become a member: Let your coach know when you reach 100 or more juggles in a row (a coach or parent will need to verify your completion of juggles). Your coach will then report your first and last name, year born, and exact number of juggles to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Then your name will be published on the "Keep It Up" Juggling Club website, and you will receive your patch according to the level you achieved.

Does your team deserve recognition for all the juggling they practice? Teams can join the Juggling Club as well. Challenge a Rush team in Alaska or any Rush club across the country, challenge your sister's team, or measure your team against teams in your age group from year's past. If you take a video of the team juggling, it will be posted to this webpage and sent to the team you are challenging.

Once your coach reports your team's average, the team can issue a challenge to another Rush team in Virginia or any of the the Rush Clubs in the US. ( The challenge will be set up by John Allison who will contact the team you are challenging and request their team juggles average)
