Advanced Player Placement

The Virginia Rush Soccer Club conducts summer tryouts for all players wishing to participate in the Advanced League. Tryouts will take place at the Hampton Roads Soccer Complex Current Advanced level players must attend tryouts. Players are required to Register prior to tryouts. All players who register and/or participate in tryouts will be placed on a team.

Parents need to bring 2 copies of their childs paid on-line registration receipt and a Birth Certificate or other proof of birth document to the check-in.

Those players not registered on-line prior to the tryout must fill out two paper registration forms, provide a copy of te Birth Certificate, and pay yearly fees at the check-in before their child receives a number is allowed to try out.  The check-in process will be smoother if registered and paid on-line prior to the tryout.

Tryouts will consist of players participating in small-sided and full-sided games to evaluate their individual technical ability and team tactics. Players need to dress appropriately as one would for practice and bring water.
